In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By confirming their order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:

• they wish to access the purchased digital content immediately,

• and they waive their right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered by email or made available for download.

According to Swiss law, no statutory right of withdrawal is required for distance sales. Therefore, all digital product sales on our platform are final and non-refundable, whether the purchase is made from Switzerland or from a country within the European Union.
